Ann-Marie worked with the über rich and famous celebrities (off the screen, stage, catwalks, magazines, music & sport mainly) in a different capacity running several different companies. She’s been a teammate, the boss, an employee, an employer, a lecturer/teacher, a published artist, writer, consultant , involved in scientific research, a cross-sector business development specialist amongst many other things. Deeply tired & stressed, an undisputed people pleaser, never wanting to let anyone down, yet ultimately she let herself down. Putting herself last until she almost paid the ultimate price . Kind, skilled medics & volunteers saved her in more ways than one. So “Positive Practice “ was born & is her way of giving back and saying thank you.

She now only will only work with those she “clicks” with: complimentary or not her time & qualified expertise is limited and worth something.

    I feel very relaxed - could just stay lying there all day!

    I felt you connect in - really strong, like a switch being turned on. I felt you very strongly on my left side, there was some pressure around my solar plexus for a while. Then I felt very grounded, like you were holding my feet.

    It was quite an amazing experience - very powerful, I knew when you had disconnected - so strange!!

    But thank you I really enjoyed it … really powerful.

    Thanks much it did make me sleepy. I reclined my wheelchair and relaxed but did not sleep. Just focusing on your frequency.

    I did really enjoy that! I felt quite tingly and had “waves” of energy flowing. My head is definitely too busy.

    Intense. I felt very relaxed and I didn’t know why. For a minute I thought I’d had one of my edibles, but I soon remembered I finished them last week ;)

    At the start I felt a sharp pain right across my chest for a few seconds then a sudden deep sense of calm and release.

    I had my eyes closed and did “see” “shadows” over my face and eyes at some points. I also felt a warm presence on my belly for a while. There moments of cold in my mid to lower back and then it shifted to the top of the back. It was a nice experience.
